Animal Control

Benton County Sheriff’s Office Animal Control is committed to promoting and protecting the welfare, health, and well-being of both animals and people living in our community.


Civil

The Civil Division prepares legal court documents for service, responds to legal civil processes, and enforces court orders in accordance with Oregon Revised Statutes and Oregon Rules of Civil Procedure.


Concealed Handgun License

By Oregon law if you want to carry a firearm concealed upon your person, or concealed and readily accessible within a vehicle, you must have a concealed handgun license (CHL).

Crisis Response Team (CRT)

The Benton County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) Crisis Response Team (CRT) provides immediate critical incident stress management services to individuals, groups, and organizations.


Fingerprinting Services (Non-Criminal)

The Benton County Sheriff’s Office Reserves (BCSOR) offer non-criminal fingerprinting services. 


Liquor License Review and Endorsement

The Benton County Sheriff’s Office processes and reviews liquor licenses.


Patch Collecting

If you are a patch collector and would like one of our patches, you may order one if used for private display only.


Public Records/Incident Report Request

To obtain a copy of a police report, please fill out an online Records Request form. Allow at least five (5) business days for a request to be processed. Additionally, there are fees associated with these requests.


Ride Along Program

The Benton County Sheriff’s Office offers the opportunity for citizens to observe Deputies in action through its Citizen Observation or “Ride Along” program.
