Benton County Sheriff’s Office Animal Control is committed to promoting and protecting the welfare, health, and well-being of both animals and people living in our community. That is accomplished by enforcing Benton County Animal Code and the State of Oregon Animal Control Laws (ORS 167.305-167.390)
If you are concerned about the welfare of a domestic animal or livestock in Benton County, please report it. For animal control in the city limits of Corvallis or Philomath, please contact the respective city. If you have an animal issue with your neighbor, we ask that you try and talk with your neighbor first. If that does not work, then we are available to assist and mediate.
Animal Control is available to educate, investigate, mediate, transport stray animals, provide licensing information and answer any questions. Help is a phone call away.
