If you are a patch collector and would like one of our patches, you may order one following the instructions below. Benton County Sheriff’s Office patches are offered for private display only; they are not to be worn on clothing.
Oregon Law classifies Impersonating a Peace Officer as a Felony. This includes wearing a law-enforcement uniform which is defined in part as clothing bearing words such as “police,” “sheriff,” “state trooper,” or “law enforcement” or wearing clothing that is substantially similar to an official uniform.

To order a patch, please send a $5.00 money order payable to the “Benton County Sheriff’s Office” and a self-addressed stamped #10 envelope to the address below. Sorry, but we cannot accept personal checks or cash. Send your money order and self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
