Alarm Permit

Residential and commercial users of burglary alarm systems in the unincorporated areas of Benton County may obtain an Alarm Permit. There is no charge for the permit. The Alarm Permit provides the Deputy responding to your home or business with information that may needed when they are on-scene. 

How To Obtain A Permit

To obtain an Alarm Permit from the Benton County Sheriff’s Office, please download and completed the Alarm User Permit Form. Once completed, mail it to:

Update Your Information

If your contact or other key information changes, please submit a new, updated Alarm User Permit Form (see “Supporting Documents” below). This will ensure that in an emergency, 9-1-1 telecommunicators and Deputies have the most current information.
