Concealed Handgun License

By Oregon law if you want to carry a firearm concealed upon your person, or concealed and readily accessible within a vehicle, you must have a concealed handgun license (CHL).

Online Application

Beginning August 12, 2024, the online application for Concealed Handgun Licenses will be offered through a third-party vendor.

If you do not have the ability to apply online, you may email chl@bentoncountyor.gov or call (541) 766-6606 to arrange an alternative method of applying.
